Project Boards (also called Kanban boards) are like digital whiteboards where you can see all your tasks organized in columns. Think of it like organizing sticky notes on a wall - but digital!

How to Open Project Boards

  1. Log into WordPress
  2. Look for "Boards" in the left menu
  3. Click on "Boards"
  4. You'll see your project board!

What You'll See

Your Board Has 3 Main Columns:

  • To Do - Tasks that need to be done
  • In Progress - Tasks being worked on
  • Completed - Finished tasks

📋 How to Use Project Boards

Moving Tasks Between Columns

This is the main thing you'll do - it's super easy!

Step-by-Step:

  1. Find a task in any column
  2. Click and hold on the task
  3. Drag it to a different column
  4. Let go - the task moves!

Example: If you finish a task, drag it from "In Progress" to "Completed"

Creating New Tasks

Adding a New Task:

  1. Click "Add Task" button (usually at the top)
  2. Fill in the details:
    • Task name (what needs to be done)
    • Who should do it
    • When it's due
  3. Click "Create"

Viewing Task Details

To See More About a Task:

  1. Click on any task
  2. A popup opens with all the details
  3. You can see:
    • Full description
    • Comments from team members
    • Files attached
    • Time spent on the task

Filter by Project:
